This pillow does exactly what you expect! It is a plush memory foam that is not too hard yet not too soft for head and neck support. It keeps my head cool at night, when I am not in bed my spouse attempts to steal it. We have to order another one soon or I think I will be without a pillow for a while! 😂

This pillow is great! The cooling feature really made my sleep a lot better during summer! It supports my neck in the right height and was very helpful with my neck pain! I don’t wake up during the night to keep adjusting my pillow, I feel like it adjusts to me, and gives me the best sleep all night long!I don’t think you can get any better pillow for this price!I am ordering another one, because my husband wanted to steal it from me from day one! Lol

I personally was not pleased. The pillow did not expand to the expected size, it smelled absolutely horrible, and was very disappointed with the cooling gel. I’ve had these before with more satisfying results. But was very displeased with this purchase.

Good pillow and very comfortable. Wish it was a little better carrying heat away from your head. A lot of reviews claim it is good a dispersing heat, but I am not finding this true.

This reminds me of a temperdic pillow I bought previously for twice the amount. Firm and offers support. Very comfortable. Very happy with this purchase and sleep quality.
