The doctor recommended this for my daughter to help with her anxiety. She was reluctant to try it, but ended up using it as needed to help her calm herself. It smells really nice and works well for her but she needs to use it right away. If she waits too long and the anxiety sets in, this isn’t enough to help her.

I love how easy this is to use and I also love the smell of it as well. It seems to help open my sinuses up, which I really need when my allergies are flared up. They also last a long time which is nice. The price is very affordable.
