So I been taking this vitamin for a week or so now for my pcos. and I have noticed some changes in my mood and my body hormones. I bought these because I experience terrible mood swings days and sometimes a week before my period starts. My period is also never consistent. It jumps around, but I can usually tell when its about to come. I started taking these gummies last night and I took the serving size of 2. I noticed a dramatic change in my mood. I didn't take them on an empty either, but they seemed to absorb just fine. That being said, I also researched that it's good to sometimes take a small dose early in the day and then another small dose in the evening to get those long lasting effects. I took one gummy today on an empty stomach and again, I have a boost in my mood and mental clarity. Note, I am 34 years old at 5'1 and 112 lbs so this might hit me alittle different. I haven't gotten my period yet so its too soon to tell how it regulates my cycle. The taste is great. I not usually a pineapple fan, but I do love the taste of these gummies. They are not overpowering and they are easy to chew. Although it gave me a slight boost in energy, it also gave me a good nights sleep without much waking up. This is reasonably priced compared to other supplements I have found and this one has the least amount of bad reviews. Overall, I would recommend, but I do need to give it time to measure its effectiveness against my other symptoms.
