As an adult getting your head around this and trying to find your way through the minefield of meds, books, websites in just overwhelming.I found the Ono roller recently on Amazon and read the reviews and took the plunge.What a great little gadget. I have large hand, and this sits comfortably in the hand. The motion is silent and all you hear is the touch of your hand on the roller. It is weighty, but not uncomfortable. It looks and feels quality.The roller prevents my from the distraction of biting nails and from also grabbing the phone. It has aided my focus, and the rhythmic movement feels second nature and doesn’t have to be learnt.Yes it is not cheap, but the quality of this item and the benefits I feel within a very short time of use is definitely worthwhile.

This is a solid, quality item which looks attractive & feels great in my hand. The metallic cover feels smooth & the mechanism ensures it moves smoothly as well. The neoprene pouch it comes in also has a lovely sensory feel & smell - I play with that almost as much as the roller! It also comes with a couple of tools for tightening the bearings when they get loose. It's more expensive than most fidget toys but everything about it is such good quality that I'm totally satisfied with my purchase.I bought the sapphire-coloured version & like how it looks, although being new to fidget gadgets, I feel self-conscious while using it & feel a black one would be more discrete somehow; as if it would draw the eye less than the blue one does. I really wanted the silicone version as I love the sensory feel of silicone, as well as its smell (almost as much as neoprene!) but I was put off because these have to be ordered directly from the USA instead of a UK supplier. And while I got the full-size version, which fits in my hand perfectly, I suspect the slightly smaller Junior version would be easier to handle, so I'd probably go for one of those next time. And there will definitely be a next time.

Honestly, could not recommend more. Its heavy, silent and oh so satisfying to clench and spin in your hands or over your body! The best suprise that i certainly didnt see written about in reviews before i bought it is the cold! Gets incredibly cold naturally in minutes which makes it extra soothing when fidgeting or rolling over your body. Best physical tool i've ever had for my mental health. Plus i've owned for about 11 months now, constant use, and still perfect condition.

I went mad and brought this in the stainless steel (mini) the roses gold original and a purple junior. After playing with all three my daughter ended up with the rose gold and I kept the purple junior and the stainless steel. After watching you tube videos and seeing the fab reviews I made probably the best purchase in my life. I suffer from anxiety but I also have a genetic disorder which classifies me a deaf blind and I also have arthritis everywhere but yes I have it in my hands. So these fidget rollers are good for my mental health, good for my sensory issues and good for my arthritis, that’s three reasons alone to buy one of these. I found the original a bit big to use and I think possibly this is better for male or someone who has bigger hands, but saying that my daughter is 10 and prefers it. The junior is lovely for light genital rolling where as the steel has a lovely feel and weight to it. What can I say now? I’m attached, I will be taking my steel mini one everywhere. Well worth the money, they should be recommended by doctors, thank you for making these for me, life now feels alot easier and calmer.

You may be reading this wondering if it is worth the money. The ono roller (in my opinion) is my favourite fidget toy. It is comfortable to hold, it is fun to play with, it absorbs the cold and it feels like a massage. I would recommend getting one although as you may have seen other reviews talking about this, mine came with a small dent on the top/bottom. It makes it feel weird and loose so I have to turn it the other way to enjoy it.Overall I would definitely recommend this product because it is extremely fun and I dont even notice when its in my hand. Even though it can come with a dent sometimes, if it is that distracting you could ask for a new one (im not sure how it works) .Thanks for reading.
