I was skeptical at first, I have 2 towers and my programs don't work on them anymore. So I searched for a laptop to take on for me to travel with and work from. I'll be damned, I had to buy a plug for an Ethernet cord but it works astonishingly fast and it's perfect for when I'm selling insurance. Works with VPN and set it up with a duo monitor plug in for adding a screen and works perfect. I'm very happy for this purchase and kind of want to buy another for funzies.After 4 months.... It's dead. I do not recommend and I tried reaching out to the seller and idk. I spent way more than just 240. Really pisses me off. I needed this for work.We fixed the issue

Laptop battery stopped charging. Sent back per amazon, was sent email that credit will be processed in 5 days still no credit after 2 weeks.

It’s both sleek and durable, which adds to its overall appeal.- **Good Screen:** The 1080p IPS display is crisp, vibrant, and provides excellent viewing angles, making it great for gaming, streaming, and productivity tasks.- **USB-C and USB-A Ports:** Having both types of ports ensures flexibility and convenience for connecting various devices, whether new or old.**What Could Be Improved:**- **High-Frequency Noise from the Fan:** The cooling fan does its job, but the high-pitched noise can be distracting, especially in a quiet environment.- **High-Frequency Noise from the Charger:** Similarly, the charger emits a noticeable high-frequency sound when plugged in, which detracts from an otherwise smooth experience.- **External Monitor Connectivity Issue:** I connected the laptop to an external monitor, and it disconnected for a few seconds every 10-15 minutes before reconnecting. This might be related to Windows power settings or a graphics card issue, but it’s hard to pinpoint the exact cause.While the laptop has strong points in its design, screen quality, and connectivity options, these issues, especially the noise and external monitor problem, make it hard to recommend without reservations.

Because I bought this computer in a pinch and at the suggestion of an IT specialist, to replace my computer that I use to work remotely - I can say it is fantastic.It was fully charged when received. All I had to do was make a password, and load the apps I use. It processes quickly, very functional, nice silver casing. I am thoroughly satisfied

I purchased this laptop and despite the fact it said there were units available, the shipping was delayed twice due to supply issues.Shipping aside the laptop loads fast and runs games like Wow on decent settings. though Ive been getting a lot of screen tearing. even when only running things like youtube. I have updated all drivers and did all windows updates so I know thats not the issue. I would say that the discounted price I got it was worth it but i could not recommend it at full price.

The laptop has been pretty slow, overall.I just bought this in February, and I'm now getting the BSOD. I cannot move forward, it keeps getting stuck in this loop. I bought a 4 year warranty with Asurion. I followed Amazon's steps to file a claim. Once I filled everything out for it, I received an email that stated the laptop was still under warranty with supplier, not them yet. However, I'm having a heck of a time trying to do so. I didn't follow my gut instinct on not buying this but I decided to give it a try anyways. I'll continue sticking to my popular laptops like HP, Lenovo, or MSI for gaming.
