Silhouette Cameo Pro MK II 24 inch Vinyl Cutting Machine

The media could not be loaded. The Silhouette Cameo Pro MK II (24 inch) is an amazing machine! I've worked with vinyl, leather, and paper, and it handles everything beautifully. I’ve owned several Silhouette machines, but this Pro version makes everything so much easier, faster, and quieter. It’s truly my favorite from the brand. I’m thinking about getting the stand for more comfort, but it works just fine on any table. Highly recommended! great PRice and al my cuts are really good. the only detail was the box didn’t come in the best condition.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This product is crap. Had it since March and it has loads of issues. Doesn’t cut randomly, issues with software, etc. it has issues everywhere you look and the customer service is non-existent. We’ve been back and forth several times with emails. They don’t even read the issues I explain because they have me troubleshoot test that don’t apply. They sent a new test and some calibration page. More issues. Issues hasn’t had before. It’s been such a frustration and the customer service is so terrible I feel like tossing this whole dang machine in the trash. Profession version it is not. It’s a major business set back! Do not buy this!Never have I had to write such a review. I wouldn’t have done it had this whole ordeal been so frustrating. So much material has been wasted with its issues and their tests. Why can’t they just send me a new one already. This one clearly is massively defective. Issues since day one! Day one! You get such an insane run around with them while trying to have a business and their slow responses it’s taken until now, since March, just to still get nowhere.Buy anything else!

The media could not be loaded. I'm in love with my plotter! It’s an excellent tool for working on my projects, easy to use, and the software is super simple. I highly recommend it.

This vinyl cutter is great. I have been using it to create vinyl for advertising a business on our company vehicles and it is awesome. The software is easy to use and the cutter is top notch. I ordered the stand for it which I recommend if you want to use roll vinyl, makes it so much easier. Would recommend for anyone wanting a nice professional cutter at a great price.

Do yourself a favor and don’t buy this crap. Since day one I have have constant problems. I can only get it to work one or two times, and after that he goes to hell from Bluetooth connection to cutting, to calibrating to registration. This cutter is the worst of all. Very inconsistent, multiple issues. I I regret returning it when I had a chance.

I've used the Mk1 version for over a year and decided to upgrade because the Mk1 definitely has it's flaws. The Mk 2 has most of the same flaws, just not quite as bad. Cutting 24" wide material that is 8ft long is nerve racking because you don't know if the cutter is going to drift or the Bluetooth is going to disconnect mid cut. I'm glad i was within my return period when i decided enough was enough. Definitely not worth 2X the price for flaws that are just a little better than the Mk1. The only real pro's is that it is easier, faster, and quieter than the Mk 1. It'll do what you need it to do, just make sure you have 3X the material on hand because it's going to ruin plenty of it.

Great printer my first one I got back in 2021 and still working great . I got another because of the price and quality of the printer and pictures it prints
