I use these with my charcoal grill. They are a lifesaver when your grill is too hot to put your hand over for more than a moment. They clean easily in the dishwasher and work great for flipping and moving items on the grill. They are easy to use, lock, and aren't overly springy which leads to fatigue when flipping lots of items.
