Is it 1 year manufacturers warranty? And from reviews the motor is only 12 v and the motor stops when putting pressure, most I've seen are 24v

This item is cr*p, I used it approximately 4/5 times, it was not abused or over charged yet it is completely dead, it won’t switch on, it will not charge. Don’t waste your money. Still waiting for a refund or at least a replacement!!
