Terrible customer service
I purchased a water lily. When it arrived it was in good condition. I followed the planting instructions. After a week or so of watching it I saw no signs of life. I pulled it out of the water to see a slimy mess.I messaged the seller twice only to be asked to send a picture of what it looked like. There was nothing to take a picture of!!$20 waste of money

Healthiest plant I have ever received through the mail
The lily came promptly and was the healthiest plant I have ever purchased. I'm hoping it is as beautiful as the picture. I would recommend this company. Now my pond is complete with many colors and healthy plants.

Came well packaged .Tuber had roots and a couple of leaves. Placed in my pond. My Koi ate the roots off. I managed to get it out of the pond and place it in a pond with no fish .Looks to be growing well now.
