I picked this up to keep the legs ticking over whilst I am stuck on endless calls, and it has slotted into the day better than I expected. It runs in two modes, manual when unplugged using your own effort, and powered when plugged in with 15 speed levels plus a reverse option. The LCD is nice and large, showing time, distance, speed, calories and count, and there is a remote so you do not have to bend down mid email. It is compact, has a carry handle, and arrives with a floor mat, which is handy on hard floors.Noise is very low, genuinely quieter than my kettle, which in England is saying something. The motion feels smooth and the motor keeps a steady pace, so for gentle movement it is spot on, great for circulation and for loosening up stiff hips after too much desk time.There are a few trade offs. In manual mode the resistance is light, more of a casual spin than a workout, so stronger legs will not be challenged. The straps feel a bit firm on socked feet, the display is not backlit, and the remote needs clear line of sight.Overall, the features are thoughtful, the build feels decent, and it represents good value if you want steady, low impact use rather than hardcore training. For easy daily movement, it does the job without fuss.

Great rowing machine for home use. Smooth and quiet, perfect while watching TV. Easy to use and works well even for light exercise or minimal movement. The speed setting in particular is effective.

The media could not be loaded. purchased this for my mother as she has a bad foot after a stumble in town and is going stir crazy at homei was putting off setting this up at first as, being a pessimist, i was concerned about complications during the build - i was proven wrong.putting this together is quick and easy, only a few steps in the manual, which was explained well and without issue. only a couple of things need to be done (eg. putting the legs on, and then peddles, oh and the batteries in the remote) and you're donemovement is efficient and effective, the remote is handy (literally) and so far no issues or stallingalso no regrets, keeps my mother as sane as possible :)

Who would have thought the spare room could double as a little boathouse? Once the MOSUNY rower is unfolded it fills the space in the best possible way.The twin slide rails feel rock solid, so the seat glides back and forth without that irritating metallic scrape you hear on cheaper kit. Sixteen clicks of magnetic resistance start with an easy warm-up and finish with a setting that leaves my lungs pleading for mercy. The adjustment dial moves cleanly from one notch to the next, never vague or woolly.Pairing the monitor with the fitness app took less time than finding the remote control. Within moments strokes, time and calorie burn were ticking up, which is oddly satisfying when the television is on and you are pretending to unwind. The stated limit of 350 lb, roughly 160 kg, gives me real confidence in the build quality, and the footrests clamp down hard enough to keep my trainers planted through every pull.When the session is over the whole machine tips upright and slots behind the wardrobe, so I am not forever navigating an obstacle course in the sitting room. Strong engineering, whisper-quiet operation and the fact it disappears when I am finished mean it has turned out to be cracking value and, more importantly, it makes me want to keep using it. Very functional

It’s quiet, smooth, and easy to use under my desk. I love the multiple speed settings and the fact that it works for both legs and arms. The straps keep my feet secure, and the display is clear and easy to read. It even came with a remote, which makes it super convenient to control without bending. Great for low-impact movement and staying active during work hours. Very happy with this purchase!

Lovely machine and right for the purpose.im recovery from my leg injury and since im using this pedal exerciserim revovering well .When im not using it my mrs make full use of it forher daily excercise.this pedal exerciser is easy to setup and can be used motorized or without.the pedal moves smoothly and makes no noise at all .im happy with its funtionality.most importantly its smart and can be placed anywhere,under the chair,sofa,home or office .Great value for money and ideal choice
