Finally found a convenient, reliable travel monitor. We use a nanit at home, but as anyone who has tried to travel with one knows, it is a nightmare and completely ridiculous to not have any functionality for a nanit that is in part market as being portable when you aren't on a dedicated wifi network. Anyway, after 9 years of trying to figure out how to get our regular baby monitors to work without wifi, I finally decided to buy this monitor and it was as easy as plugging it in and turning it on. Great video quality. No need to worry about wifi. Easy to pack. I wish I did this years ago instead of insisting on bringing our nanit everywhere.

I had the older version of this monitor for about two years— it was pretty faulty towards the end, seems to have been discontinued, and I have now upgraded to this version and I am beyond pleased. My only requirement was no WiFi connection monitor and this one is by far the best I’ve had. (I also had the owlet, older version of this model, and v-tech) the video quality is phenomenal and you can tell the product itself is made of great quality. I love the large screen and will be using this monitor for my next child. SO worth it. Easy to use, secure and accurate.

Perfect baby monitor! Love how it’s non-WiFi. Easy to use, great quality video, long battery life… if you’re thinking about it, just buy it! Love all the features: battery saver screen, two way audio/talking, night vision is clear, monitor is big! So glad we picked this one!

At first I was using a wifi, bluetooth connected baby monitor. It was nice that they had recording options and alerted your phone whenever they heard noises. The reason why I returned that one (not mentioning the product name) and decided to get this one was because of security reasons ALSO IT DOES NOT LAG. Previous one kept lagging or disconnecting whenever, even when I had strong WIFI signals. It just got very annoying. This one since its one to one type without using wifi, it was very easy to set up (in the crib) and also on the monitor. This is also nice because it has multiple options if you decide to get more than one camera. You have the option to split view in that one monitor. The range is very good. Only downside is that there is no recording options. Sometimes you just want to capture a special moment that your baby is doing in their crib. Unforunately this does not have that, but to me it wasn't a huge loss.The battery lasted a long time a first, but I've been using this for 3 months now and already the battery seems to be draining pretty fast, I also think this is because the monitor goes in the "sleep mode" when the room is quiet so technically it is considered still on. If you're good at turning on and off the monitor whenever you're not using it then the battery should last you awhile. For me, I'm not good at it, so I am having to constant charge it, maybe every 2 days? Which isn't too bad. But for sure this is going in my book for repurchase if I have more kids in the future!

Not as good in 2025! TLDR: I just got a new one to upgrade my old monitor screen and it SUCKS. I would not buy this monitor again.I bought my monitor with two cameras in 2023. I loved this monitor, recommended it to all my friends who were having babies, and bought one for my in-laws house.In 2024, I gave my second camera to my parents for the crib at their house and we would take the monitor screen back and forth when she was there.Fast forward to 2025, my parents want their own screen and I saw the price had gone down, so we bought another set.I kept the new monitor because my old one was starting to get a low battery alert if my daughter would sleep in.Just used it for the first time last night and the new one is horrible! Im going to have my parents give me the old one back.New (bad) things on the 2025:-makes a loud CLICK whenever it turns on or off (cannot be turned off in setting)-has a huge screen lag! When turning on it loads a black screen for a good 5-10 seconds before finally showing the picture.-it makes the loud click (I think) when baby makes a noise, but not one loud enough to trigger the camera, but the lights that indicate a sound don’t light up so you wake up to random clicks throughout the night (also, my sound sensitivity has been set to medium for the last year, so I set it to medium on this one too)

Absolutely love this ! The picture is clear so is the sound. I wish my owlet would’ve broke sooner lol. no lagging and super easy to set up !
