great footprint
very well made. well thought out. i am impressed by this thing. The buckles match the buckles on the tent corners, and you can "stack" the grommets at each corner onto the pole tips, so the footprint and tent are securely attached to the poles at the corners. I highly recommend this. seems like it will last a long time.

It packs easily with the rest of the tent in the carry ...
The shape is rectangular (not as currently pictured) to match the shape of the tent – not that of the fly. It fits the tent perfectly and serves the purpose of protecting the tent floor very well. In addition, it can be attached directly to the fly without the tent for an ultralight tent. It packs easily with the rest of the tent in the carry sack provided with the Timberline series and appears to be well-made. I expect it to last a long time.

Great footprint. The tent poles fit through the eyes of the tabs along w the tent so it always stays exactly under correctly. Keeps dew off floor and dries quickly.
