Hi Sarah - there are 22 servings (TB) in each carton of nutpods. They are shelf stable until opening, after which time they will stay fresh in the fridge for 7-10 days. We really appreciate your interest and let us know if you need anything else. - nutpods Customer Care

Serving is one tablespoon/15 grams. 1 gram of fat, 0 grams of sugar.

Q: New to nutpods. i like the taste, but i am getting a bit of a film on top of my coffee. i opened the container less than a week ago. is this normal?

I can’t say I’ve noticed an oily film on my coffee but I’m just using a small amount of nutpods. If you are using more than a teaspoon, the product does contain coconut cream, which I could see leaving an oily residue. Did you change coffee, by chance? Very fresh whole bean coffee actually feels / is oily. Make sure you shake the nutpods well before using too.
