Started taking one every few days. Helps tremendously with my resting heart rate and it no longer spikes over 100 after a meal. My watch keeps track of my heart rate and it's much more stable and returns to normal levels faster based on the graphs. Concentration is way better in the morning, too.Made a doctor appointment to figure out the why behind this is doing what it's doing. I suspect I am extremely deficient in something.
