These patches are amazing! I put one on a pimple at night, and by the morning the spot looks so much smaller and less red. They really help absorb everything without drying out the skin. I’ve been using these patches for several years, and they’re hands down the best solution I’ve found for pimples.The trick that works best for me is I lightly scratch the surface of the pimple (I use a product called tinkle razor - I know, weird name, but useful) before applying the patch. Doing that helps the patch really get to the underlying gunk and pull it all out. The PERFECT patch for whiteheads. I have used several brands - from other top known names to generic - and these patches always pull the most gunk out! They’re odorless (not all brands that I’ve tried are) and the “stickiness” is a 10/10 (again, not all brands I’ve tried have this great of a “stick”). Super simple to apply and remove!They work so well that I’ve noticed my skin will almost ripple from dryness if I use them multiple nights in a row on the same spot - so heed caution there. I think I was overdoing it on a few cystic like pimples :)I also love that it only has one ingredient - simple and pure for my sensitive skin.

These are my favorite pimple patches! They have a variety of sizes to choose from, they stick very well but are easy to peel off, I think they are decently thick, but I never measured them, they work like a dream, and they are a MUST HAVE in your skin care line up. Well worth what they cost.

This is a super reliable product, it often gets the pimples off if I give it enough time (I usually leave it overnight). Sometimes it does take multiple tries. I've never had one fall off prematurely, and the size is generally pretty good for what I need. I just have some other brands I like better.

Where have they been all my acne-prone life! These are wonderful and work in two or three days. They are transparent on my light skin, but I only wear them at night. I don't use any moisturizer in the area. A boon to teenagers with frequent breakouts, I'm in my 70's.

I have tried countless different pimple patches but even with dry skin (not oily) they fall off. But these do not! These last all day, even under my daily makeup. They last all night of me tossing and turning in bed. And when I wear them without makeup, you can hardly see them. They blend in really well. It's a perfect barrier between my acne and my cheeto-soaked chinchilla fingers. I highly recommend Mighty Patch for my girlies struggling with acne but wear makeup.

These are the only pimple patches I’ve found that actually work since truly suck everything out overnight and make a huge difference in healing. The quality is noticeably better than cheaper brands, and you really do get what you pay for. My only downside is the price; they’re definitely more expensive compared to others. Still, if you want something that actually delivers results, these are worth it.
