Original battery failing. very fast delivery, a day earlier than quoted. Very good price , half of quote from breakdown service. £50 less than local car superstore. fully charged. Matches spec of Mercedes battery. No issues with fitting.

Bish Bosch for not much dosh
Needed a new battery as the original Mercedes battery (Varta) was down to 30%. Deliberated long and hard between this one and an Excide. Close call, but this battery popped in and seemed to work well. To test ut drove down the road and it seemed to stall at the lights. I thought you couldn't stall an automatic. But it was just the Start stop tech that hadn't worked since I got the car :-)Very happy with the Bosch battery and my e250 seems to like it too.

The initial test of the battery showed it met all the requirements.
The battery has solved my immediate problems, but of course I can't comment on its longevity as it was fitted less than a month ago...

Starts like a champ and auto start-stop is back again
Helps to measure your current battery, especially if it is OEM. This had the correct amps and was an exact fit to the original battery in my car, despite Amazon saying this would not fit my vehicle (2016 MB A180d 1.5ltr). Car no longer struggles to start on colder mornings and it’s nice to have my start-stop feature back. Highly recommend and cheaper than the “high end” batteries offered at Halfords.

Great replacement for 2017 Vauxhall Astra K 1.4 turbo OEM battery
Simple swap for my 8 year old 2017 Vauxhall Astra K 1.4 turbo battery which was beginning to fail. Arrived fully charged (12.7V), same size and output as original and suitable for stop start engine. After fitting the vent hose don’t forget to plug the hole in the other side of battery with the plug that comes attached to the +ve terminal cover. It’s damned heavy as you’d expect so be careful not to do yourself a mischief taking old one out and putting this is in. Hoping to get many years of life from it.
