Q: Do you add it to your car, even if your oil is currently full?

You add it in substitution to oil making sure you don't overfill, right to the upper fill line is perfect & a little over is still ok.

Q: do i need to flush this after leak is fix?

No don't flush. It will come out when you need an oil change.but it would have done its job on that leak..

Q: who do i get a hold of for this guarentee?

You have to directly contact the manufacturer, fill out a form, with proof of purchase, and send it back to them within 60 days

Q: will this stop oil leak on a 2005 hyundia santa fe with 3.5l engine?

I actually called the blue Devil company about a minivan with an oil leak. They said " absolutely". It did slow down the leak.
