Will you ever make one with a rechargeable or replaceable battery?

Yes we will but not for this model , as we want to keep it small and lightweight as possible. Adding room for handling battery replacement or charger , will add to the size and weight . However, with current battery lifetime being few years with proper use, (can even get to 8 years) adding size and weight for such a rare task , seems unnecessary.

Does this fit Saxenda- Nova Nordisk pens?

FlexPen is not used for Saxenda , however the Flextouch pen of Novo Nordisk is similar to Saxenda pen. VIVI CAP1 FlexTouch ASIN B0772X7DBY may fit Saxenda pen.

Is this lantus pen 100 units per ml?

Mine is not but they make one for Lantau. I use humolog kwikpen which is a different size.it should give you a place to click on for which type of pen you use
