Does it come with wire?

Yes the kit comes with 100ft of wire. I would suggest buying more depending on where you plan to place them. You will also need a low voltage transformer if you do not already have one.

Does it come with the transformer?

No does not come with a transformer , I bought a 60 watt transformer by Malibu that had several settings like dusk to dawn ETC. worked great

Can you replace the bulb?

No. They appear sealed. Hope they last as advertised.
