中華製と聞いて心配でしたが思いの外クオリティーが高いです。塗装がしっかりしていて変な臭いもありませんでした。何よりベタつかないのに滑らず持ちやすいのが良かったです。わたしは50代後半で主にダンベルスクワットとダンベルプレスをしていますが、筋トレ初心者であれば3kgまでにしたほうが無難です。3kgでも思いの外重くダンベルプレスでは腕を上げきるのに難儀しました。上げられなければ意味がありませんので慣れて来たらステップアップすれば良いでしょう。あと筋トレ習慣化のコツを書いておきます。一言で言うと最初から無茶な目標にしないことです。わたしは1日ダンベルスクワット10回ダンベルプレス10回にしています。以上で大胸筋と上腕三頭筋、身体の筋肉の70%を占める下半身の全ての筋肉を鍛えることが出来ます。大きな筋肉を鍛えると基礎代謝も格段に上がるので寝ているだけで体脂肪が落ちていきます。個人差はあるでしょうが筋肉を落とさずに45日で4kg痩せました。追記）3kgが余裕になりましたので5kgを買い足しました。塗装が数ヶ所雑なところがありましたので★1下げます。

色が明るい、握りやすい、置きやすい。良いです。

安いから仕方ないのかもだけどジムに置いてあるものよりグリップ部の径が大きくて違和感があります。女性や指が短い方は握りにくいと思います。3キロ、4キロ、5キロ全て大きかったです。6キロ〜は別のものを購入しました。

4kgを購入し家で軽い筋トレに使っています。角がないため家具を傷つけるリスクが低く、ベタついたりもしません。中肉中背の男の私の腕の筋トレにちょうどよいですし、妻も使えているので男女兼用できる重量感かと思います。（マッチョカップルは除く）ケチればもっと安いものもあるかと思いますが、そこまで安さ重視でなければこちらはおすすめです。

毎日のトレーニングで使用しています。

頼んだことを忘れてダンボールを持ち上げたら腰をやりそうになりました！配達員さんごめんなさい少し黒いシミはあるものの重いので問題ないです！
