I really don’t see a difference in performance. Maybe I’m not taking enough but you need it.

Ive been a nurse for 30 years. Overworking my body and many times having to just skip meals, i wasnt getting enough magnesium in my nutrtion, causing me to have muscle cramps. I've been taking this magnesium for years since my mother's oncologist recommended it to her. I've tried other brands and types but I resort back to this that works to relax my muscles, blood vessels to help lower my blood pressure as well. Like I skip meals, I have skipped taking this as well due to just being too busy to take my supplements, and can tell the difference; when I take it again, it's highly effective.

These vitamins aren’t really convenient. I tend to be low in magnesium and these really help me get my levels up. They are easy to swallow and convenient to take. This is the brand I always get.
