What type of sweetner is used in this product?

Hello. They use Splenda (sucralose) to sweeten the mousse. There is no aspartame. I hop this helps.

I have a package of the mix without the directions. How do you prepare it???

I'm wondering if the total carb count INCLUDES the milk? If so, do you know how many carbs it has on its own? Using almond milk would drop the count.

1/2 cup serving is approx. equal to 1/2 cup lowfat milk diabetic exchange... so the 7g carb is the prepared mix. I have used the Almond Breeze regular in the mix and the carb count remains at about 8g per 1/2 cup serving. The almond flavor pairs well with chocolate mousse or chocolate cheesecake
