It works great…

… and no rust in the few months that it has been in use. Plenty of rain and excess moisture to cause rust. It has none that I can see.

Excellent

Needed this for a sliding divider for a horse trailer worked perfect . It does come apart which is what I really needed . Had the outside sleeve still on the divider just separated it an it bolted right up . Super Happy !

Not happy

Plastic T handle broke off the first time out. Now gotta figure a way to remove the outside barrel with out ruining the powder coating on the rest of the tailgate. I will not be buying one of these again.
