This poacher is everything. Foirinutes and had perfect, and I do mean perfect eggs. Follow the instructions. They are straightforward and easy. Clean up was a snap, again follow the instructions. Best purchase I have made in quite awhile. You won't be disappointed. Happy egg eating!

Couldn't be happier with this product!I used it the day after it arrived. I made two eggs and they turned out perfect on my first try. I like a runny yoke but cooked. 5 minutes was the perfect timing for my results. Make sure you only add 1/2" of water. It creates good steam without overflowing. I sprayed butter into the bowls and wiped off the excess. The eggs didn't stick and came out smoothly without the need of the spatula.The lid sealed well to create the steam needed to cook the eggs. With it being glass you can look through and tell when your eggs are done. I can't tell about rusting because I haven't had it for that long. But it is stainless steel and it's not suppose to rust. Easy to accommodate in your cabinets or like me, since we eat eggs very other day, I leave it on the stove.The pan is of a very good quality. You can use the pan to cook other meals, therefore is very functional.

My mother started me out on a four cup egg cooker very similar to this one many moons ago, over time ,that cooker got lost.Like so many who have a love for poached eggs I've tried the traditional putting the eggs in the water with and without vinegar it's just not the same and you always get stickage no matter what you do.I've also tried various silicone cups and I am a fan of silicon utensils however, I tired of chasing the little floaty cups around the water burning my fingers trying to fish the eggs out. And even though it was silicon and even though I would grease that silicon I would still get stickage and residue.So when I got this pan the first thing to my mind was well it works but it's so much just to poach a couple of eggs. At that point I inserted my foot in my mouth.I had forgotten that pan's like this no matter how you slice it always make the best poached egg and the non-stick coating on this model delivers just like the manufacturer says you barely have to put any oil if any at all for that matter which I have done and you'll still get your eggs to slide out I use a little silicon spoon to help that along but it's still pretty effortless. I now have poached eggs every morning and the pan itself which is a very sturdy stainless steel I might add , when you're not using the poaching part is versatile as well. It is very useful in cooking other Foods besides just eggs. Clean up with this pan is also very effortless . As the saying goes if it ain't broke don't fix it! Very satisfied with this pan and I will make sure this time that it does not disappear Into Obscurity somewheres.

Works pretty good but the handles to remove eggs once they are cooked get pretty hot, we’ll have to buy special gloves to handle it, eggs were awesome though 👍🏻

My brother-in-law has this egg poacher pan, and I was so impressed with it that when I came home, I found it on Amazon and purchased it myself. WOW - what a huge difference to have the eggs in their own little cup, no more mess, they slide right out and are done perfectly. I have an electric stove and currently, my eggs are perfect at 4 minutes and 45 seconds, it took a couple weeks to figure it out and now it's so easy. It's easy to clean, works great with either 2 or 4 cups, and it seems like the speed of cooking the eggs is now set, no more guessing or egg whites floating in the water, the cups are the perfect solution. This is a great addition to your kitchen.

My husband was put on a Renal diet. He loves fried runny egg yolks. He could have poached eggs so I started poaching them by dropping them in the boiling water. They were good but not pretty and he didn’t like the water that stayed on them. I ordered the Eggssentials Egg Poacher. They come out beautiful and taste great. We have poached eggs for every breakfast meal and it is soooo easy. No hassle or mess. You can make 1-4 at a time. Highly recommend.

Best poacher by far. I’ve tried the microwave ones, doing it in a pot with water, none work as well or as easy as this. Word of warning, if you have a gas cooktop with high BTU’s and want runny yolks don’t cook it as long as the instructions or people say. Some people are saying 6 minutes which is way too much. Maybe if you want firm yolks?? Bring the water to a roaring boil, reduce to low. Cook the eggs for minimum time, 3.5 minutes at most. Steam is cooking the eggs, not the water. No more than 1/2 inch of water is needed. Perfectly poached eggs. Top with salt and pepper or furikake or soy sauce and you’re good to go.
