Can a 19mm deep impact socket fit on the torque multiplier heavy-duty lug wrench?

all the sockets with 1" drive will fit, if you want to use a 3/4 drive socket you need an adaptor but be aware of the torque you put on it.

I have a dodge dakota and i cannot remove the lug nuts with a normal breaker bar. will this tool loosen them?

I don’t know if the nut size is in this kit. This may remove it or break it off, there’s other techniques to remove lug nut. Good Luck.

What is the gear ratio

Its 64 to 1 , stated right there in the description. Don't you love of these foreign Amazon listings? Unless this comes with a paper spec sheet you may have to take the info with a grain of salt. I've got to where i print or save the description page and make them take it back on their nickel when it doesn't match when it matters.

Can i use this to tighten lugs as well

Definitely NOT You should tighten lug nuts to spec with a torque wrench. Whit this tool you do not know the torque you are applying and can stretch the lugs or nut threads . YOUR WHEELS CAN COME OFF !!!!!
