This receptacle is excellent overall. It's not flimsy, but built strong and solid. It was easy to install on my camper van and looks great, too. The rain cap fits tight so it won't fly open while driving. Overall I'm very pleased!

Great product, have used it on many golf cart charging applications. However, with the newer lithium battery chargers that are rated at or above 20A charging current, it does get warm. I wish NOCO would come out with a 20A 12ga model similar to this one: https://amzn.to/3IkkrXF

Product includes everything you need to install it, except for a 2" diameter hole saw bit for your drill. Install is as easy as drilling a 2" hole wherever you want it, putting the product in place, then attaching with the three self-tapping screws that are included in the package. The included rubber dust cover fits securely to keep water out when you're not using it, and the battery charger just plugs into the female cord on this product.It's simple and "Just works". Build quality seems to be high, and for $10 it's a no-brainer to make charging your batteries after a day on the water easier.

Really like this for my greenhouse. Though once I drilled hole per instructions, the design made it very difficult to get through hole, but a little wiggling and force, and it went through. Fits snug and is working like a charm. This winter, I can run my extension cord to outside and have electric inside without having to leave door cracked open!

Perfect replacement. The ground prong broke off my original plug. Installed this in less than 3 minutes.
