Are these suitable for babies?

Its says not suitable for 0-3 years so on that basis, no they’re not. I’ve let my baby play with it but only whilst supervised

My lad plays with these in bath all the time, no adverse effects so far...on either ball or him!

There batteries inside you cannot change them once they die, but these are very good , sensory stress balls
