The media could not be loaded. What a lovely product. Could not wait to try after looking at good reviews. I was not disappointed. The cones don't last for long 5 minutes. So I would use it in the evening myself. The flower is delicate as stated in some views, but its sturdy enough to hold itself. I would say that you can only use particular cones with the holes in the bottom. But overall great product. I would say the price is about right, I would not pay anymore.

This is a very attractive incense burner, a beautiful ornament to grace any room.My only criticisms are that the lotus flower is VERY fragile and a couple of petals were broken off when I received it. Fortunately I was able to glue them back on.Also the incense cones and sticks supplied literally do not smell of anything, so they went in the bin.

Just as pictured, an attractive well crafted piece. This would make a brilliant gift for anyone who uses incense at home or in the office. It comes in an attractive expensive looking box with custom lining to protect the piece while in transit.Does it work? Yes the smoke flows exactly as shown in the pictures, but don't expect it to play ball in drafty locations. The cones do not ignite in the same way regular solid cones do, it can appear that they have gone out but be patient once it gets down to the hollow section they really take off. The scent of the cones included is not great but replacement cones are readily available.When using the lotus flower joss stick holder I would recommend the shorter variety as more in keeping with the overall effect.Would I recommend this item? Yes without hesitation.

Got this as a gift for my mums birthday. She is in love with it. The way the smoke flows down and the design is beautiful. Although I would sat the lotus flower I got is very closed up, not very open like in image. Nevertheless, it's lovely, and comes with stick and cones and other features

Disliked that it was damaged when lifted from the packaging. My wife liked the effect but a damaged product leaves a sour taste!
