I have used every booster pad know to man and these are the best. They have no adhesive strip, but I just use some two sided tape. They are good enough to go to the bother. They are dimensionally stable and hold a lot of liquid.They are long so with the tape you can customize them by folding where extra is needed, etc. Useful product.

We use these inside of adult diapers with a patient who is bedridden. They work well as extra protection with the inexpensive adult diapers that hospice provides. These are best for frequent changes, I recommend the thicker overnight boosters for someone who is still able to use the bathroom during the day and is not being changed every few hours throughout the night.

Very large, and absorbant, most useful for overnight diapers. Only disadvantage is that there is no adhesive strip on them to help keep them in place.

This booster pad fits my wife’s needs perfectly. Good for those with problems with diarrhea as well as urination. Recommend by a medical supply store I frequent so I also recommend this pad.

these are so huge they come up over my diaper no sticky to hold in place useless if i could rate a zero i would

They are the double protection needed for overnight protection along with the pull-up. Absorbent, so less leaking, less clean up it the morning! May not be total protection if the person needing it has frequent urinating problems, but for 2-3 times, it should be very helpful!
