Normally I have issues when buying supports due to the fact that I have small wrists and arms.However this small fits. It tight, so tight that I'm thinking " should have got a m" so I advised you to go up a size! Trust me, it will fit.I've been wearing the item on and off during the day and it has/does made a difference.İ have carpal tunnel and various other issues going on in my arm and this sleeve has provided support and pain reliefUnfortunately i can't wear it at night as it gets too uncomfortable (tightness)So I'll be buying the next size up.Thé product is well made and good value for money.I recommend this product

I ordered this product for night-time use, as I have symptoms of carpel tunnel syndrome. I tried it on when it arrived and it was as described by the seller - easy to put on, lightweight and comfortable. I was pleased. However, the first (and only) time I used it at night I was woken with a terrible pain in the joint between my thumb and fingers. When I took off the glove, the area was inflamed and painful to touch. Disappointed.

Excellent support for CTS & painful forearm. I like that it comes at least 2/3 up my forearm as I've found no others that are this long. Small gel pads are great too.

Carpel tunnel issues. This helped greatly. Quite tight so the support is there and gives comfort to the painful area

They may be ok. But I didn't get that far. The sizing guidance in the advert wasn't accurate. According to the guidelines I'm a size small. I could hardly get the sleeve on and once I did it was too tight and I felt my hand starting to feel like it was going to explode. I'm very disappointed. So if you're thinking of purchasing this compression sleeve please check the measurements carefully. It needs to be reasonably tight but not so tight it cuts off your circulation. However the item which arrived bore no resemblance to the measurements as advertised.Thankfully Amazon and the seller refunded me in full because I returned it immediately.

So I got this product to help my wrist while playing computer games with a mouse and after 5 mins or so it will start causing my hand to cramp badly underneath my little finger. This is after I've stretched it out myself (at the very top away from the wrist) and before you think it's me getting the wrong size, it's fairly loose already so I definitely couldn't go up a size. I wouldn't recommend at all
