This item works great. It moistures my nasal passages very well and for a good time limit.

One spray in each side of the nose is all it took to clear up a stuffy nose. You can spray two times if needed, but one spray works in just a few minutes. Buy it.

When I bought this I didn’t realize I inadvertently purchased the decongestant product. It worked really great but after a few days my mouth got dry like the Saharan desert for days! Then I read the information more carefully and realized you can only use it for a short time My bad!

I love this spray. I use a 12 hr heavy duty decongestant in the day that works great but would keep me up if I took it at night. I use this nasal spray at night and I sleep like a baby! The xylitol is a big plus as well. Helps clean out the gunk and acts as an antibacterial. I only use it as needed.
