Very tasty and healthy
Manna’s Health Mix is delicious and my grandchildren loved it. This has a lovely cardamom flavor and can be sweetened as per your choice. I choose jaggery to sweeten it to give it to my granddaughter.I appreciate that this has such nutritious ingredients like ragi, jowar, bajra and barley along with nuts. Add more of this mix to make a porridge or add more milk to make a thick shake-like drink. Very tasty and nutritious indeed!
