If you’ve got a Raspberry PI then this is a great kit to get you started. It includes:Heatsinks for the CPU and GPU allowing the PI to run at lower temperatures and possible allow you to overclock it slightly.A Case made of clear plastic. This plastic has a thin coating of protective film that you have to take off. Once off you get to see the crystal clear case in all its glory! The case also has a mounting for a fan if you want to add more cooling.The LCD, this is a 320x480 panel and looks really cool when fitted. The touch screen works well with the supplied stylus. You can also use your finger. The LCD plugs into the GPIO bus on the PI.You do need to install a driver to get it working. I used Raspian on my Pi and it worked well. It's worth going to the wiki page referred to in the paper documentation, which has additional information.My experience with this kit has been excellent and great fun to put together.

Takes a bit of work, but if you want a Rpi project, this one's a winner.

Does a fine job to get your RPi set up. My advice - download their custom image and flash it on the SD card. It works and you won't be needing to struggle with drivers install. The display is ok, but you have to use the stylus. I like the box, but one of the clips broke on the first attempt to assemble it. It works also with RPi1 Model B.

Product looked OK but the instructions contained on the enclosed CD were difficult to follow and two different sets of instructions seemed contradictory so I did not feel comfortable with using the product, consequently it was returned

Doesn't work out of the box unless you use the included Raspbian image on the CD. But then, that's the fun of the Pi, isn't it ? For the price, you can't go wrong

Arrived promptly which was great!Unpacked the unit, it appeared to be second hand, from what I can make out, there should be a total of 5 panels to build the case,there was only 3. I was unable to build the case, not only that there was no pen either.I then thought I would try the screen, Plugged it in and powered it up, just a white screen. After some extensive googling I found out there was some intense setting up required. (there was a cd in the package, this is useless as my pc doesnt have a cd drive).After following various tutorials for several frustrating hours, I couldnt get this screen to work. I since found out there is a pre configured sd image you can download,I havent tried this because it is no good to me as I wanted to use it for retropie.Utterly disappointed with this! not what I thought is was going to be. I have shoved this to the back of my project drawer, mayber ill find a use for it at a later date, If I can be bothered to attempt to get it to work again).

Tried on Raspbian and works like a charm! Follow the instructions carefully and it's very easy to install.Quality is good and with the included stylus it works very accurate to touch.

Ships with a CD containing Raspberry Pi 3 image with a configuration that boots and uses the touchscreen.
