These patches are brilliant. I use them to block period pain or back pains. You can cut them to size, so the whole strip doesn't need to be used in one area if the pain is in multiple places. Ultra sticky and don't move once stuck.

Cooling sensation, numbs painful periods

These are amazing for my endometriosis and sciatic pain. They last a good few ours (overnight or for about 6 hours in the day). Sometimes it's tricky to position correctly on my sciatic, but that's my own fault! Would recommend to aid pain/take the edge off alongside painkillers

I bought these for a lower back pain that I occasionally suffer with, alongside heat patches so I could alternate them. I first used this one at night, as you're not supposed to sleep in the heat patches, and I really liked it. It stayed put, felt comfortable and provided ease to the pain. It was easy enough to remove after 12+ hours of wear too. However, I then decided to wear one during the day and quickly realised that the adhesive is rubbish if you're trying to get on with life. Straight away it snagged on my jeans and then after that it was game over, it lasted a few hours at best before it rolled off and got stuck to my jeans. The value for money isn't the best either if I'm honest. Although they dont break the bank, given that they don't last unless you're not moving, I wouldn't rush to buy these again.

After seeing a number of adverts for these on social media, I decided to give them a try and see what all the fuss was about as I usually use heat patches. I suffer with really painful periods each month and so as soon as my period came along this month, I popped one on to my lower stomach and waited for it to kick into action. It was an unusual experience to tell the truth because it was 'cooling' and you could feel it almost tingling which was far different to the heat ones I was used to. I was sceptical though as I couldn't work out whether it was working due to having already taken some ibuprofen however, I really liked the eucalyptus smell although it was quite strong and could be smelt through my clothing. The patches themselves I love because they are so thin and you cannot feel them through your clothes compared to the heat patches I normally use. They are a good length and fit nicely across your stomach or wherever you want to wear them. They also stay stuck to your skin, whereas most other patches either have to be adhered to clothing or do not stay attached to your skin and can be uncomfortable, but these were very comfortable and I barely felt like I was wearing one at all. I decided to wear another the following day and found that it really helped ease the pain. I would definitely recommend these and will be ordering more in the future.
