This camera is a lot smaller than most on the market and easier to fit into living room surrounding.It can tilt and rotate via internet access, just swipe the touch screen on your phone or tablet and you can adjust viewing angle from anywhere in the world.Motion detection work ok and the 2 way audio link is ok for simple conversation or give command to your dog.I had a few CCTV around the house but this is more advance at set up process. Enter details on the app and hold the screen Infront of the CCTV lens, by magic it will register and connect to the app.

The camera itself is an excellent product. There is a YouTube video for setup which is essential as the instructions are so tiny they are impossible to read. Appears to work reliably and glitch free. So why the 3 stars rating? Well the app you download to your phone is ad supported. The last thing you need is adverts using up your data!!!!! I have paid for the product, why is this necessary.

This only works with 2.4G wifi, you might need to google how to split 2.4 and 5G on your router, it's technical but walkthroughs are easy to follow.Check out the settings on the app, a lot of options like switching off the blue LED (that flashes when you watch the stream), so if you use it as a baby monitor then it won't disturb your kid.There is sound and motion detection with 3 levels of sensitivity, I haven't tried that yet but it seems promising.You can also switch the lens off without unplugging the camera and a number of other options.It's currently plugged into a portable phone charger (quite a powerful one that holds 6 full charges), and it makes it (almost) wireless.Only thing is the cloud storage, I was able to access the trial menu once but after that I kept getting a database error and it remains unavailable. Didn't plan to use it and there's always the SD card option.All things considered and after a long search for a good deal, I'm happy with the purchase.

This must be the 4th IP Camera and probably cheapest I have brought over the last 5-6 years but pleased to say it was the easiest so far to setup and everything just worked. Setup in under 2 minutes, just download app and follow instructions, so easy on an iPhone. Streaming in 1080p works perfectly no issues, 2 ways comms, no issue, sound detection works perfectly, movement detections works perfectly, sharing works no problem. Looks great, only around 2 inches round by 4 inches high, you wont believe it. PTZ Controls work fine as well. Only works on 2.4Ghz WiFi not 5Ghz but apart from that great camera.

I invested a good few hours of my life with this camera to no avail. It simply would not connect to my network. Even after I disabled the 5GHz band and tried to add the camera manually via AP mode when the QR scanning sequence borked.I contacted the official manufacturers online help address, explained the issue and they said they'd send a replacement. I guess that was kind however 1) I wasn't convinced a replacement wouldn't give the same trouble and 2) that isn't a fix!Thankfully Amazon has a brilliant returns policy so I sent it back.As a result I cannot rate the picture quality, night vision or any other capability this camera might possess.I hope you have more success.

Just would not connect to wifi, no matter what we tried

This was bought to keep an eye on the front of my property. Wanted something small that wouldn't immediately be seen as a camera. Not your typical security camera shape & size. Placed on my windowsill it does the job well. Remote viewing via my mobile phone whilst away from home is easy to do. Picture quality is great during the day, down side is night vision is not that good, however I have a PIR activated light that comes on that covers the same area & the picture is good when light by artificial light.Easy to set up & easy to control. Would buy again.

The media could not be loaded. I spent some time comparing most of cameras, and I bought this IP camera due to its ability to remotely change the camera and lens directions. It was extremely easy to install and the quality of the imagine adds extra points. While I was working I received many motions alert because of my cats moving around the house. It’s 5 stars for me.
