LOVE these ALWAYS DISCREET #4 for their dependability, their length & not so thick -it’s the “just right” SIZE between the #2 and the #5 —— for any time I might need them. THESE ALWAYS DISCREET #4 —- Absolutely a necessity for those times when an ALWAYS DISCREET #2 is way too light —- AND when a Discreet #5 is too much.I buy these 3 sizes all the time. Tried other brands (but, were irritating) —- like ALWAYS DISCREET best of all.HERE’S the thing —- I wear them when I get ALLERGIES 🤧 & SNEEZING, COUGHING bouts —to FFEL secure & comfortable. I was so sick with Allergies a couple of yrs ago (first time with Allergies) & NOW it happens every first of the year & when we get “windy & sandy” & junk in the air —- weather - which happens in my area.I “always” ☺️ have a good supply (stash) of the ALWAYS DISCREET 3 sizes at home -- AND I carry them in my bag, & totes. I use a small cosmetic bag w/different compartments and no one knows . . . 😄 they’re there.NEVER had any issues with ALWAYS DISCREET - it’s a necessity that delivers protection & comfort (no irritation) for when needed - so I can function better —- bcz it can be stressful. 😊 Sensitive skin - give these a try.Highly recommend this brand & the different sizes . . . 👍🏼

This product works well. The pads are very long. It has a strong scent. The package does not indicate it is scented. So even though they work well, I will not order these again because of the scent.

As a woman, you never think ahead about this until it happens. There are so many lengths and saturation points. Then you have to laugh trying to figure out if your issue can be summed up as a drip, spurts, streams, or gushes plus it's just plain embarrassing. Any day can have any of those occur, so if you choose in the lower 1-3 group, you may have to change more than one pad. 5 and up will surely catch every drip but I don't like the feel of that much padding. Fortunately, 4's are my perfect fit. Now length, we are all built differently so you will need to find the size that keeps the bulk of the pad without the end or edge of the tip assaulting other lady parts 🤣. It may not be a Brazilian, but it DOES not feel good to have the adhesive part roll up and stick where it has no business sticking. The other main brands are excellent too, but I seem sensitive to it or whatever is used to retain your bodily liquid. I only have leakage when I have to walk a distance to get to the bathroom. So, I'm fortunate that I can figure out my needs at this step. I bought a package to try when my normal brand was out of stock. What a pleasant surprise!!! These pads are so thin and hold almost as much as the bigger thicker pads I was buying. Now these are all I buy. I normally do not buy the long size as I find the regulars work great, but these pads work proficiently well for all-day and night coverage protection. I am happy to say that Always Discreet Incontinence Pads are my go-to cover-ups from now on. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I have been wearing thick Depends incontinence pads for men, although I am female, because they are sturdy and virtually leak proof. However, it’s like a mattress between my legs. I decided to try these Always #4 incontinence pads. I realize now that I bought 108 pads that the #5 would be better for me. Once you read the fine details on the pkg, it illustrates that the #2 holds UP TO 2 tablespoons of liquid. The #5 holds a max of 1 cup. These #4 are fairly narrow, very thin, and very average length. It doesn’t state how much #4 can handle in a surge, but based on my standard leakage, I will have to change these too frequently to make sure I stay dry. Maybe right for a leaky bladder for some, but not surges like I have.
