Is this stroller tall enough that my 6'4" husband could push it without hunching over?

My husband is 6’3” and thinks the handles are too short. He ends up kicking the back wheels so I’m always the one to push the stroller. I wish the handles had an option to raise them.

Can this be used for a 6 month old?
