Delicious!
Great value buying the 4 pack. Easy to make and very good. Keeps well in the frige after making a batch.

Easy Stable Reheatable! I'll never make it from scratch again!
Smooth, stable, and scrumptious. And soooo much easier and less wasteful than homemade. The only downside is that, to get this in Gluten-Free, you have to buy this industrial pack, which only comes with instructions for making it by the gallon. But I've worked out the ratios for a small batch, enough for 3-4 days of Eggs Benedict. And it has a good shelf life, so this quantity can last you all year. And once you make a batch, it lasts up to a week in the fridge before separating, and can be easily reheated with hot water or 15 second intervals in the microwave. For a few servings, use these ratios instead of the giant quantity printed on the box:-----------1 stick butter2/3 cup Knorr1 1/2 cup water

great that it is gluten free
Took us a couple tries to get this new recipe correct, but the ability to buy in bulk and have it be gluten free is great. We gifted 2 of the four we purchased as there is little way we would consume this much hollandaise and our friends thought it was great also. The taste is just like the smaller packages and the consistency is also good, but ALWAYS be stirring this as you prepare it. Can highly recommend.

This stuff is amazing!
I love eggs benedict and I don't like buying the tiny packages at the store that cost a fortune so I buy these big tubs and I can make as much as I like. I know hollandaise is used for more than just eggs benedict and sometimes I put it on other things but that is what I mostly use it for. The flavor it just perfect in my opinion and it's super easy to make and store. I have tried many other brands and some of them are down right disgusting. This knorr hollandaise is by far the best. You won't be disappointed and the big tubs are a better value.

Far better than one would expect from a "mix"
I've been using Knorr Ultimate products for a couple years now and they do not disappoint. If you mix this exactly per the instructions it comes out too thick. Best to start with the recommended amount of water and then add more as it thickens to get what you want. I like mine with more lemon, so I add extra lemon juice while I get it to the right thickness.Do NOT let it go unstirred too long. It will burn on the bottom and taste bad if you do not follow the instructions, and stir VERY frequently.I'm happy with it.

Use for more than hollandaise
This is great! We prepare it with Brummel and Brown, add capers, and substitute 1/3 of the water with lemon juice to make a great macro friendly piccata sauce for our meal prep. As advertised, it doesn’t break when reheated, is much more cost effective than buying individual packets at the store, and much healthier (and easier!) than making hollandaise from scratch!

Easy and quick to make, Tastes as good as if made for scratch.
Only takes minutes to make. I used to make it from scratch. It tastes the same. I like to add an extra squeeze of lemon.

Very restaurant-style flavor, pretty good gluten-free version
I'm sure there are hollandaise purists out there, but my wife is not one of them. We have celiac disease in our household, so this being gluten-free is really, really nice. She does not enjoy homemade hollandaise for some reason, and so flavor-wise this was familiar and a real hit with her, and it's VERY nice for our family to have eggs benedict at all again without worrying about gluten. I've seen some reviews mentioning this is thin or watery, but we had no such issues--and just used water per the directions. The 4/5 stars for value is because we had to buy so darn much of it (it's a 4-pack, and each will make 1.8 gallons of sauce), but I think it's going to work out in the end. Overall, recommended.
