Topgreener is top of the line when it comes to smart switches, but they must fix this flaw!!!!!
The flaw that I'm addressing is the response after pressing the on or off button. The internal button is not high enough and you have to push it very low somewhere near the half way mark. The switch needs to be more responsive at the top and the bottom. I hope Topgreen addresses this issue and sends me an updated gold switch since I purchase nearly all of their switches for my house and this model is the only one with the flaw.And yes I returned this for another one and same issue. Design flaw. Period.

No wall plate, just the switch
Easy enough to install for a total novice. It works, and it works well, but it didn't ship with a wall plate. That would've been nice to know. Now I have to track down a gold wall plate that will hopefully match the switch. Thanks for the errand, I guess.

Bricked after a few months now warrenty replacement!
This product stopped working with my Alexa. I tried to reset it following the manufacturers instructions, but it would not reset. It is essentially bricked and the manufacturer would not send me a replacement because their warrenty period is super short.
