I have been searching for something to curb my appetite for a long time...did some research on herbs and supplements that actually work and then came to amazon and found this little gem! I have been taking this once a day for about two weeks now. While this isn’t a miracle pill that makes me want to stop eating completely, I have noticed a HUGE difference in my afternoon snacking. I used to literally think about what I could eat next all afternoon, but after about two weeks on this supplement, I suddenly realized that I was eating a very light lunch and not even thinking about food again until almost 5:00 pm!! But it doesn’t end there...usually I will eat everything on my dinner plate even after I am satisfied because I just like the flavor but a couple days ago I noticed that I was eating about 3/4 of what I had taken on my plate and suddenly I would feel so “not hungry” that I had no desire to finish my what was on my plate!This isn’t an instant fix...I didn’t notice any real difference until I had taken it every day for at least two weeks. I have only been taking one capsule a day between breakfast and lunch.I have also started to see a difference in how my clothes fit.not significant yet but I look forward to seeing the scale move!Thanks for a great product!

I have not used it completely consistent so not sure if it fully works. It does upset my stomach slightly but I am sure it would go away if I used it more.

I've been taking this pills about two weeks, I have to admit, I least for me, they work perfect. I don't know why they don't work for other people (or at least that they said in reviews with 1 and 2 stars), maybe they're not drinking plenty water, I can't tell. But yeah, my food portions I can say, are half of that I used to eat.

These get me together every time! I have lost 26lbs in 4 months. I would like to lose 5 more lbs and then I think in order to maintain my weight I will need to stop taking these pills every day.I have taken these before back in 2018 then I forgot about them. Once I gained 30lbs I suddenly remembered these miracle workers.

Got these as their were similar to product that was recommended to me but at a way lower price. I should have paid $12 bucks more the pill doesn't work I have tried it with varying amounts of food heavy meal days light meal days. .took whole bottle and still no lull in appetite. No feeling of fullness. They must be placebo bc they were a waste of my money and too late to return them of course.

Like another reviewer, this made me cranky and upset my stomach. I think it MIGHT have helped cravings but not positive.

Ok even based on the reviews I was skeptical and boy am I happy to be wrong. This stuff is the best, and works great if you take it right before a meal. I don’t eat breakfast so I take one right before lunch and dinner and it has almost completely cut my snacking and I used to snack all day long. No side effects and I’m the Queen of getting side effects so it’s wonderful not to have any. I’ve only been taking this for a week and I see a significant difference!
