I really like this hair paste. The smell is fine. The texture is great, it holds my hair very well for a good messy look, but it isn't greasy and doesn't have my scrubbing my fingers like crazy after with soap and water like some other products. It's easy to wash off, meaning it's also easy to wash out the hair which is good.It's a really great product, and I don't see myself using anything else currently. I really like the way this product works in my hair and it is very malleable can use more/less for desired looks.

This is one of the best products I bought to keep my hair up into a style. You just need a little bit goes a long way so this package lasted me almost 6 months. So that so that made the price more tolerable and I purchased a second one

PURCHASED 2024 - - KEVIN MURPHY Free Hold Medium Hold Styling Paste New Formula - - Be careful when opening it for the first time. It's a really thick lotion/paste texture and does move around in the container.The smell is a bit old man woodsy type of smell. It's not off-putting but not a smell he would choose if he were in person to smell and choose. A very little goes a long way so start with a smidge and build up as you style your hair. As you put more the hair looks more greasy and then gets weighed down. Works well with already dried hair, especially taming morning bed head.Might prefer the more waxy texture, but this works fine. It would be personal preference.

I didn’t realize this product was primarily for men, but it is amazing! Little dab works into my hair and can be manipulated to the desired spikey, lifted shape.Very happy with it!!!!

Awesome for a slicked back ponytail. With the product, hair doesn't appear wet/slick, but it keeps everything neat, taming any/all flyaways. Appearance is non-greasy with a nice sheen. It also has a lovely scent.
