Is the size 7/8 an adult size?

I am Euro size 41-42 and it fits me well.

they are selft adjusting, but i have mine and can't see how to do this can anyone please give me some advice? Thanks

They seem to just stretch to fit. I find mine for really well.

8.5/10 size will have a good fit on 8.5 foot or there might me some loose??

Still going strong even after a few years.

I bought these a few years ago now and they still look good as new. They are used every year (only in the summer months when we use the pool). Some other brands have scuffed the pool in the past with black rubber marks which are difficult to get off, but these Cressi fins are perfect and leave no marks at all.

Decent fins, good fit a tiny bit loose I'm a size ten UK, and fins are too soft for my liking but good for the price Vs others.

Downsize! Luckily read the reviews beforehand. I am a size 4 ,sometimes 4.5 in regular shoes (European 37) and I went with the size 35/36.(2.5-3.5)They fit perfectly. Nice fit, not too tight, soft round the foot. Nothing worse than fins coming off in the water. I always had Cressi fins and these will be mainly for snorkelling and diving down no further than 10m as they are too short for full freediving. I admit I got them for the colour and they are a beautiful transparent pink! Very happy!
