So, I'm 19 and a girl if that helps anyone. I sweat all the time, no matter what, so its hard to wear the clothes I want. I was resigned to my fate for a while, but I started working and the the uniforms shirts are THIN and red, so it was obvious when I sweat. I read about every deodorant and this came up in a article.Well, day one and I applied it at night. Oh BOY did it BURN. It made it hard to sleep it was so bad. However, I was willing to endure ANYTHING over being embarresed all day at work. I woke up the next morning, took a shower and shaved as I usually do, and went to work. It didn't work.I read some reviews and people said to stick to it for at least a week. So, I applied it again, the burning was just as bad. It didn't work.I was willing to give it one more day. It STILL didn't work. I decided not to apply it that night.Finally, on the fourth day, with not using it, I DIDN'T SWEAT AT ALL. OH my god it was glorious! Pretty sure I nearly cried. I guess it took a while to work! So on the fourth night, I applied it again and there was just a slight tingling and I woke up the next day AND IT WORKED AGAIN.I now use it Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and it works great!! Not one drop of sweat!!!So, if you can live with your armpits being on fire for three days of using it, then mild tingling everytime you apply it afterwards, it's amazing.100 percent recommend.

Okay, so I don't know how to write this so that people will actually believe me but I'll give it a shot. I'm a 25 yr old female, average weight and height but I used to sweat buckets under my arms! It could be cold out, it could be warm, it could be neutral, it didn't matter, my underarms were sweating. Day, night, as soon as I got out of the shower my underarms began to perspire. When I shopped I passed by shirts that I new would show the sweat, but the embarrassment was only part of it, the discomfort of always wearing a wet shirt was unbearable, I changed shirts several times a day. I was skeptical when I bought Maxim and I thought it was pretty expensive but I was willing to try anything! I applied the product just before bed as directed and the first thing I noticed was the itching and discomfort but I figured "hey if I'm feeling this, it must be doing something" I had a little trouble sleeping the first night because of this but again, I was willing to go through anything for a product that worked. The next day I put on a shirt that I KNEW showed sweat every time I wore it and I waited. I waited all day for sweat and it didn't come! So I thought maybe it was a fluke. Again I applied the product and again it itched at night but since it seemed to work I kept using it. It's been 28 days since I started using the product and the only time I have sweat was the one day that I forgot to apply it the previous night. Even then it was not a lot. This past week I started using it every other day and the itching when I apply it has stopped and the product lasts even on the off days, I still do not sweat and I feel like a new person! I will keep buying this product for as long as I need it! It really works!

I bought this hoping it would be a replacement for my prescription antiperspirant b/c I was tired of going to get the Rx filled and/or having my local drugstore say they needed to order the solution to make it, etc. I've been using Maxim for 4 days as directed (only put it on at night before bed) and it simply doesn't work. I stepped outside a couple nights ago, must of been 80 degrees outside, and called a friend while I was outside. At first I didn't notice, but like 30 mins into the conversation I felt my pits were soggy wet! At that point I'd been using Maxim for 2 days but I was highly disappointed. To be fair I thought I'd give it a couple more days. Well it's day 4 and I just came inside from taking a leisurely walk WHILE DRINKING COLD WATER and my underarms still perspired. When I used Rx antiperspirant, it successfully stopped excessive underarm sweating at least 1/2 the time, but this Maxim stuff didn't work at all. I'll tell you what Maxim DID DO- irritated my underarms at night ("pins and needles", itchy sensation), then made them inflamed and feel raw and floor burned during the day. Granted, Rx antiperspirants can cause the same irritation, but you know what? At least they work! Can't say the same for Maxim. I'm pretty sure that if it hasn't reduced/stopped my sweating by now, it never will. I'm going to return it.****UPDATE**** Returned product with box and invoice to get the "guaranteed" refund if the product doesn't work. I returned it a month ago and still haven't received a refund. Not good business. Do not advertise a "money back guaranteed" policy on the product box if you aren't going to honor it! Buyer beware.

Works incredibly well, I sweat so bad but this covers up some of it when I’m wearing bright shirts. Only problem is if you haven’t shaved, or if you JUST shaved. If you haven’t shaved I learned it doesn’t work as well. If you just shaved, it’s gonna burn like nothing before. Red marks appeared on my armpits and it doesn’t only burn, it itches and burns. So just don’t shave right before you put it on.
