Ok I have to admit I was a little worried that this earth loving detergent would love the earth but would fail at cleaning (we've all tried Tom's Deoderant) but I was shocked at how great it works! Superior in every way to commercial 'kill the aquifer' phosphate based (Dawn, Ajax, Joy) products; a small amount produces a good lather, lovely aroma, and I was so pleased at how well it not only cut through grease but freed up even burnt egg & cheddar. Nice feeling on your hands too. Get this - you won't be disappointed and a thousand times a year you'll help rather than hurt our precious water supply - a thousand little things is a big thing.

Can clean most of dishes. Only the oily pan is the problem. I like it. Just the price is too high.

I'm no stranger to using natural dish soap, as I have used natural products for well over 15 years now. None really are able to cut the grease very well, and I usually have to add more soap to my sponge, so I fully expected to have to do that with this too. It works so well, I did not need to! :) I couldn't believe it! I also found myself not needing to add more to my sponge as often while doing a sink of dishes. Just shows how poorly the other natural brand I have was at cleaning.I still have a little bit of another natural brand left, so I am still trying to use that up, and started washing a greasy dish, and it wasn't cutting it. I reached for the Pure Care soap nut bottle, and finished washing it with that, and it came off so easily. I am sold on this! It is a bit expensive, but when I think about having to use MORE of my other natural soaps, it probably comes out about the same. I've also started using this in the bathroom hand soap container as well. I dilute it in there, but it works great, and is gentle enough to wash hands with.I normally prefer unscented products since I have mcs, and actually did not realize this was going to be scented or I probably wouldn't have gotten it, BUT it is a natural essential orange oil, and is not overpowering in the least. It is very light and pleasant, and probably aids in cutting the grease so well. I am switching over to this brand for hand washing dishes, and for hand soap in the bathroom as well. DISCLAIMER: I received a bottle of this dish soap in exchange for an honest review.This soap has a really nice citrus smell that doesn't linger on your plates for days like others do, which is nice since not everything I cook needs a grapefruit highlight to it. It has really great lather which I've found most other environmentally-friendly, non-toxic soaps do not. Not even a little. The other thing about its lather is that it lasts; there's less of a need to keep adding more product to the sponge which is really great. It cuts through all kind of grease - I was able to clean a pan I fried some meatballs in without having any leftover residue.My only con would be that it's a bit expensive for the amount you're getting. With less ingredients, it should be a little less expensive.

The soap came damaged and had leaked out so I contacted the company. I had a replacement by the next week. I tried it and I can say this is the best dish soap I’ve ever had. It’s plenty of suds and does the job
