Lovely little plants!
I ordered 4 canes and received only one (hence zero stars, for now, on value for the money). I have contacted the seller and will update my review when I hear back. The sole cane I did receive was taped into a bubble envelope. I was shocked it survived unscathed (it's not squished or broken) and looks to be incredibly healthy. It is approx 4 inches tall and no roots, both of which I expected from the product description. It's currently standing in water as instructed to establish roots, which should take a couple of weeks. If I had ordered one cane, I would be very happy. The cane isn't withered at all and the leaves are healthy and firm. Note this was shipped to Phoenix in 100+ degree temps!Pending the outcome of my inquiry, I would be inclined to order from Orchid Insanity again; they sent me a very healthy specimen and I am excited to add it to my collection. I think the order error came about because I ordered qty 1 of 4 canes and I can easily see how that could be misread.UPDATE: Orchid Insanity responded promptly to my notification and said they will make it right.UPDATE #2: Orchid Insanity came through! I received the remainder of my order as well as a little surprise. Will definitely order from them again without hesitation. Please be sure to read their descriptions...these are not blooming size. On an additional note, the original cane I received is starting to put out roots.

Very happy with the orchid cane
Very happy with the orchid cane. It came delivered in great condition, and I placed it into a small glass of water to let the roots soak up some moisture before I planted it into a small pot and placed it into my terrarium. Looking forward to it growing and hopefully getting it to bloom next spring after I remove it from the terrarium and placing it into a colder location for the rest and drier few months like the instructions say. Will purchase again.Update: After almost two months, the plant hasn't grown at all. It looks exactly the same as when I got it. It only had a few tiny roots, so maybe it has to grow a larger root system for it to grow. I planted it in a combination of bark and moss. Will see what happens!

Survived the trip
Little baby orchids! (I ordered one, it came with it’s little friend) They seemed to have survived the trip across country okay, despite a delay on the post office’s end. Worked out okay as I was home when they arrived and could rescue them from the cold mailbox right away. They were wrapped in a single paper towel with some paper wedged in the box to keep them in place as well as brief instructions and contact info for the company if you have any questions or problems. Roots were pretty dry so I “planted” them in a soaked paper towel to try keep the roots surrounded with moisture. These are supposed to be hardy for orchids so we’ll have to wait and see how they do!

Not as I expected, very disappointed
Received a Very small orchid with only one very short small root. It died 8 days after receiving it. Suggest to buy orchid from other sellers.

You get what you pay for
Received four small plants, which I expected for the price. Although I tried very hard to care for them according to the directions that came with them, two look dead, dried leaf, shriveled stems and pseudo bulbs, one cast off all leaves but the stem and pseudo bulb look good, and one is very healthy. I guess I can't complain since I purchased them because they were not expensive and were touted as the easiest orchid to care for. I've never cared for orchids before and I thought it would be a good, cheap place to start. Just really glad I didn't spend $50 to find out that I'm not an orchid person.

Perfectly packaged!
Amazon asked if it was giftable, no because who would gift a non-blooming orchid not in an orchid pot? It's a growing, healthy keiki that's well-rooted and with care I'll have a blooming, fragrant plant in about 12-18 months! I was surprised and pleased that it was packed in still-damp long-fibered peat moss. This grower seems to have it together and I would buy from them again without hesitation. I'll edit this if the flowers don't match the photo, though.

Surprisingly good
It is a small orchid. I re-potted it although for orchids seedlings it would have been recommend to not do so yet. In any case, it's been almost a month and the orchid seem so be ok. Needless to say the seedling arrived well packed and no rot or pests whatsoever. Recommend this seller.
