Take them everyday and they are the same as other more popular brands. The taste the same, they feel much smoother texture than some rougher brands. They work just as well as other name brands. The size is not bad, but they are like other brands of similar vitamins. Would recommend.

Good generic brand multis for men
Tricky to know if multivitamins actually do anything, but these seem comparable to men's one-a-day brand vitamins, and are about the same size and shape. The affordability is the best part!
