Arrived broken
Not impressed. I was initially, with the strong box with handle that it was supplied in. It looked a reasonable piece of equipment.... and then I tried to charge it. The plug was broken! There was no broken bits in the box so had clearly been sent from the factory like this. Not going to bother ordering another one. Sorry not impressed.

The suction could be better.
It’s compact and the attachments are great. I’m very disappointed with the suction though as I have to go over bits a few times and often end up picking them out of the carpet and putting them on the nozzle. It’s a lovely, lightweight little machine but I wish it had better suction.
