Amazing product. A must for cleaning your espresso machine and equipment. When cleaning my portafilter and other accessories, I weigh the amount I'll use depending on how dirty it is, and just let it sit for a few hours or overnight in warm water.

Worked amazing.

The media could not be loaded. I've been buying the name brand for a few years to clean my espresso machine. This product, which came highly recommended, exceeded my expectations and even cleaned better than the name. It even helped clean scum out of my old espresso filters so that they are useable again! It is a great value for your money and easy to use. It only takes a little amount to clean powerfully and make your coffee taste better. I didn't notice any chemical-like taste after using it. I even used it to clean my drip coffee pot. Highly recommend this product.

Worked really well. Cleared up a 20 year old coffee cup the first time around. Half a teaspoon and boiling water. Let it sit and your cup is like new. I just wish they had the smaller container of the stuff on Amazon.

I use this to clean my stainless steal coffee press and my coffee mugs.Simply add powder and water per directions and all remnants of coffee rinse out.

Gets the fine residue out of my metal tumblers and glass carafes that accumulates after a while. Much more effective than handwashing or using the dishwasher for that purpose. The bottle is enough to last you a long time. Easy to use. Just put a teaspoon in your tumbler with hot water and wait a half an hour.

Following the instructions on the Cafiza package I obtained good results, or so I thought. The machine itself, a Rancilio Silvia version one (1), purchased in November 2005, nearly twenty years ago, said to add a tablespoon to the water tank and run it through a cup at a time, with a few minutes in between (I allowed an hour) until you consumed the entire 1.5 liter tankful. I kept getting brown water out until the last two or three cups. Then I rinsed it with another 1.5 liters of DISTILLED water. Now it is as clean as the day it was born.
