Hi, I don't understand what you mean by "use all features on the phone and capabilities as in mobile hotspot and 4g lte". But if you are referring to Hotspot, it is a paid service either part of plan or paid separately to phone service carrier. If you have the service, it should work. In this need to have in mind that some function depends on the version of OS and other device system version. Hope this help.

The T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy Note 4, SM-N910T is generally a GSM phone, with added LTE capabilities. That said, some of the bands currently used by T-mobile are also used by 'Cricket'; some are not. In an area with cell sites using matching bands, an unlocked SGN4 should work fine on Cricket. I suggest testing a friend's Cricket SIMM in your unlocked phone in areas such as your home and work, to ensure those places have good coverage on compatible bands.  For a closer fit to Cricket's band, the better choice would be the AT&T version of the SGN4.  That would be missing the T-Mobile wifi calling feature, but that wormy matter if you're "jumping" to Cricket.

Why doesn't it have a one-year warranty since it's a new phone?  Any problems for Tmobile users?  Thank you.

Mine is a refurbished phone from Samsung. It came with a 90 day warranty but it has since expired. It's only been turned on once to ensure it works properly.

Because Amazon combines: New, Used, Refurbished and Parts phones all in the same Make and Model classification, be VERY observant and read specific sellers offering, and further email ask seller directly to confirm condition. (have seen several sellers descriptions stating 'New', and discovered phones are in fact used). Otherwise you may be paying for 'New' and at full price, and end up getting someone's headache, worn-out or defective reject. (battery issues, missing parts or shallow warranty, typically indicate used and worn, with low star rating as a result). Visit Samsung site to view New Phone contents and 12 months warranty buyer requirements.Most reviewers don't identify if their opinion star rating is for a New and Unused, refurbished or used phone.
