The pan is very good and sturdy and easy to keep clean. I got the 2.5 quart pan. The difference between it and some other 2.5 quart pans is that you fill to the very top of the pan to get 2.5 quarts whereas some other pans give you extra space above the 2.5 quart line. Once I realized that, I reset my expectations and really like the pan. It's very consistent in it's cooking and looks nice and is generally non-stick. I mean if I let my oatmeal cook on high and let it set, it will stick, but so far I do not need to scrape it off, basically rinse and a slight scrub, but it all comes off nicely.

They cook evenly, food does not stick, and cleans well!Plus it's Good Looking!

Loved the pan. This is the second time I am buying this and always loved it. Good quality, cooks well. Just make sure if anyone buys this, do not keep on big gas burner, chances are the handle might get burnt.

5 month update: I 've been saving this in my cart because I wanted one a little larger than the first one I bought. I do still like the pan, but I'm no longer interested in another one. The bottom (outside) of the pan started really oxidizing, and it feels like some kind of coating is peeling off the handle, though it is not visible, when wet you can feel it, and it feels slimy-ish. The interior of the pan is holding up quite well though. If it wasn't for the bottom I would probably get another one....Original: I bought this sauce pan in the 1.5 qt size because it was a close match to my current set (in the background) . I just love it. I didn't notice the ridges on the outside in the stock photos, but it doesn't matter. It's sturdy, made well and I love the wood handles. It's easy to clean, of course, and is just a great pan. I would certainly purchase more.

Not sure why it's called a pan, it acts like a pot. It is constructed very well and super easy to clean. Last night I treated it like a mini Dutch oven, I defrosted some stew; it went from frozen solid to hot in the bowl in about 20 minutes, and of course the clean up was easy-peasy. So far, it has performed flawlessly. I am very happy with this purchase.

This is the perfect little pan! I use it for making chai in the morning. The pour spout makes it great for this purpose, and it’s just the right size for 16 oz of tea. I’m very picky about how things feel, and the handles get an A+. They stay cool no matter how hot the pan is. Aesthetically beautiful enough that I may get more pans to match. Highly recommend!

I really like the design of the pan, the handle is convenient and pleasant to touch.However every time I cook, food sticks to the walls and I planned to buy a non-stick pan!I cook porridge, vegetables, and sauces, and will have to buy another brand unfortunately
